Two labels say ashwagandha. One of them means it.

We buy the version the research was actually done on — KSM-66 ashwagandha, Creapure creatine, Suntheanine L-theanine, Cognizin citicoline, magnesium bisglycinate at over 90% chelation — and we print the supplier for every one of them.

The problem

The label tells you the name. Not the grade.

Two products both say magnesium. One is magnesium oxide. One is fully chelated bisglycinate. Those aren’t the same material and they don’t behave the same way — and the front of the pack says magnesium either way. Two products both say ashwagandha. One is the extract used in the majority of published human trials. One is root powder from a supplier nobody will name.

On the front of the pack these look identical. The ingredient list won’t separate them either, because it prints the plant and not the extract, the grade or the supplier. You’re buying a name and hoping it came from somewhere serious.

Where each active comes from

Five names you can look up before you buy.

Not “premium blend”, not “clinically studied ingredients”. The actual trademark, the actual supplier, and a certificate of analysis published for every batch we make.

ActiveSupplier and gradeWhy this one
AshwagandhaKSM-66®, Ixoreal, IndiaThe extract used in the majority of published human trials on ashwagandha
CreatineCreapure®, Alzchem, GermanyThe reference-grade monohydrate, tested for impurities per batch
L-theanineSuntheanine®, Taiyo, JapanEnzymatically produced, single-isomer rather than a racemic mix
CiticolineCognizin®, Kyowa Hakko, JapanThe form specified in the published citicoline trials
MagnesiumChelated bisglycinate, >90%Fully reacted chelate, not an oxide blend with a chelate label

Why you should believe it

Three things you can check.

The supplier is on the pack
Every branded active named with its trademark, so you can research each one independently before you spend anything.
A certificate of analysis per batch
Published, not available on request. Identity, potency, heavy metals and microbials for the batch you actually received.
Five doctors with a veto
A medical board that can block a formulation or a claim outright. Not an advisory panel with headshots.
How it works

One in the morning. One before bed.

1·AM, with breakfast
Tear, stir into 200 ml of water, drink. Contains 100 mg of caffeine, so keep it to the morning.
1·PM, about an hour before bed
Same again, in water. No caffeine in this one.
Then give it four weeks
Creatine reaches muscle saturation at 3 g a day in roughly four weeks without a loading phase, so the full daily dose is not fully on board before then. We’d rather tell you that than sell you a first-week transformation.
Before we launch

Be among the first.

ALFAA isn’t on sale yet. We’re building the first production run to real demand rather than a forecast — early access goes to the people who order first.

Questions

The ones worth answering.

Why does the branded version cost more?+
Because the material costs more to make and the supplier tests every batch to a published specification. A generic extract of the same plant can cost a fraction of it. We think the difference matters; the whole point of naming the supplier is that you get to judge that for yourself.
How long before the full dose is on board?+
Most of the actives are at their full amount from the first sachet. Creatine is the exception: at 3 g a day without a loading phase, muscle stores fill up over roughly four weeks. We can’t tell you what you’ll notice or when — nobody honestly can. What we can tell you is exactly what is in it and how much.
Two sachets a day — is that a lot?+
One in the morning in water, one about an hour before bed. Both dissolve in a glass. That’s the whole routine.
Can I take it with coffee?+
The morning sachet already contains 100 mg of caffeine, roughly one cup. If you also drink coffee, keep an eye on the total. The night sachet has no caffeine.
Is it safe to take every day?+
The daily sachets are formulated for daily use at the doses printed on the pack. If you are on prescription medication, pregnant, or under 18, speak to your doctor first — this is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it does not treat any condition.
What happens when I join the waitlist?+
We take your number, nothing more. When ALFAA launches you get one text with early access — no payment is taken today and you are never charged for joining.
